Keystone School seeks a full-time Social Studies instructor with a for the 2020-2021 school year. We welcome applicants committed to teaching in an accelerated environment. Successful candidates will have a passion for working with middle school students, as well as experience developing and delivering instruction using technology.
Required qualifications and experience include:
A commitment to Keystone School's mission Three to five years Social Studies teaching experience Proficiency with elementary and middle school age Social Studies curricula Exceptional oral and written communication skills Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills Understanding of developmental stages in adolescence Ability to plan and work with grade level teams
Preferred qualifications include:
Experience teaching World Geography and World History Experience running a Social Studies-related club
