Summary: The Tri Delta Director of People & Culture is a member of the Operations Team. The primary objective of this position is to develop and oversee workforce strategies in support of the overall business plan and organizational direction. This role will have leadership and oversight of talent and performance management, talent acquisition, employee training and development, compensation, benefits, and additional core people functions as well as workforce related compliance and risk management oversight. This position is responsible for leading the entire people team to assist in supporting a long-term people & culture success strategy for Tri Delta. Will report directly to the Vice President.

Travel: Up to 10%

Summary of Responsibilities: Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
Support and implement all People & Culture efforts that align with the Tri Delta’s mission and strategic plan.
Develop new and refine existing People strategies that support the achievement of near and long-term business objectives.
Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive team, as well as respective business unit leadership, on key organizational and workforce related matters.
Lead and implement strategic initiatives designed to heighten employee engagement, wellness, and the overall enhancement of the firm’s culture.
Develop a comprehensive recruiting and retention plan to meet the evolving talent needs of a growing organization across multiple markets and geographies.
Provide leadership and coaching to the People team and management by overseeing all functional areas related to HR operations, talent acquisition, team member retention, career development, leadership development, on-boarding, training, compensation, benefits and other workforce programs.
Set the direction for the internal and external communication strategy for all workforce and people related initiatives.
Ensure compliance of all employee related policies and programs with each applicable regulatory body, while working to uphold and enhance the outstanding reputation of the organization.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably with human resources concentration or similar discipline
6+ years of HR experience working in a fast-paced environment, with at last 2 years of leadership experience
Willingness to effectively handle multiple projects and job-related tasks concurrently
Has experience creating and developing processes; leader that enjoys constantly making things better
Strong learning & development and performance management orientation
Knowledge of Federal & Texas State laws pertaining to human resources
Must have experience with data and technology: HRIS, Paycom preferred
Ability to model, teach, and promote organization’s values
Adapts to change and is flexible in meeting changing priorities
HR Certification Preferred: SPHR or SHRM-SCP
