This individual must embrace the opportunity to make a positive impact on the community through high-quality, integrated teaching, scholarship, and service in keeping with the motto and mission of Sam Houston State University. Contribute to the Bilingual/ESL program as a collaborative member of the program area; collaborate with nationally and internationally recognized faculty in research and program development; continue the program’s history of having a positive impact on a state, regional, national, and international level; act as content expert and liaison in the area of bilingual and ESL education and demonstrate a commitment to diversity and social justice.
