ASSISTANT/ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR OF HMONG/HMOOB AMERICAN STUDIES
Job Summary: The Asian American Studies Program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison seeks to hire a tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor whose scholarship and teaching focus on Hmong/HMoob Americans. The position will be 50% in the Asian American Studies Program and 50% in a tenure home department appropriate to area of specialization. Appointment begins August 2023.The candidate's research may be based in any field in the humanities, arts, and social sciences, including, but not limited to, anthropology, communication, English, geography, gender and women's studies, history, and social work.
