ESLA is seeking a teacher who will serve as the Chair of the Literature and Writing Department and who will teach courses in Literature and Rhetoric and Composition to students in grades 9-12. The ideal candidate has some or all of the following characteristics: A commitment to equity and inclusion. Robust knowledge of literature, history, and theory, with multilingual and intercultural awareness. Expertise in best teaching practices in literature and writing across grades 6-12.
